Cloud Computer Service

Service Provided

Watford Tech provides access to cloud computers on an as-is basis with no guarantees or warranties. Technical support is only provided to help customers connect to the cloud computers. Tech support is not provided for the operating system or any software.

Data

Watford Tech will not be held responsible for any data loss, for any reason. The customer is solely responsible for their data. Data backup or recovery services are not included with a cloud PC subscription.

Hardware

Watford Tech will remain the owner of any and all cloud computers and network equipment.

Cloud Computer Use

The customer agrees to not use the cloud computer for illegal activities. The customer is solely responsible for knowing the laws of their state and/or country. Watford Tech cloud computers are in the United States. Customers are required to abide by U.S. laws. Watford Tech will fully cooperate with law enforcement in any investigations.

Refunds

No refunds. All sales are final.
