Customers are billed on the first of each month for any active subscriptions. Your credit card on file is charged automatically. If a customer cancels their subscription an invoice is generated at that time and your credit card on file is charged.

Note: Prorating is based on 31 days, i.e., $25 divided by 31.

Scenario Examples:

A customer subscribes on 01-07 and the subscription is active on 02-01. In this scenario, the customer is billed $19.35 on 02-01.

A customer has been subscribed since 11-18-2023 and the subscription is active on 02-01-2024. In this scenario, the customer is billed $25.00 on 02-01-2024.

A customer subscribes 01-22 and cancels the subscription on 01-24. In this scenario, the customer is billed $1.61 on 01-24.

Account Credit:

If you have account credit it will be applied to your invoice first. Then your card on file will be charged the remaining balance, if any.
